Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Experience delivering therapy in a K-12 educational setting is highly valued
• Ability to provide both direct and indirect services in accordance with IEPs
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions to a diverse student population, adjusting approaches for age, developmental stage, and individual needs
• Evaluate students using standardized assessments, and help craft Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school personnel to support student progress
• Track performance and maintain thorough service records for compliance and progress monitoring
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
