Support executive leadership (Principal & SVP) with transactional real estate documentation to free them for deal-making activities.
Draft, edit, and manage real estate legal documents, including:
Leases
Purchase & Sale Agreements
Easements
Other transactional real estate agreements
Run redlines and document comparisons; identify material changes and recommend revisions.
Track document workflow and status (deadlines, responsibilities, next steps).
Coordinate electronic and notarized signatures; ensure complete and timely execution.
Manage lease administration functions:
Maintain lease abstracts
Track key dates, obligations, and compliance items
Coordinate approvals and maintain version control
Insert and update exhibits, ensuring accurate formatting and integration into documents.
Maintain organized filing systems within the company’s shared drive, ensuring correct labeling and structure.
Schedule calls and virtual meetings as needed to support negotiations and move deals forward.
Serve as the central point for keeping agreements, tasks, deadlines, and communication aligned.
Handle PDF-to-Word conversions, exhibit preparation, and formatting tasks across Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Provide administrative and legal support across land development, acquisitions, industrial, retail, and residential development transactions. Legal Lease Administrator Background Profile
Minimum 5 years of legal support experience, with strong exposure to real estate transactions and lease administration.
Ability to read, understand, and track sophisticated real estate documents.
Experience running redlines, identifying key changes, and providing recommended edits.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple agreements and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat (including PDF editing/conversion).
Familiarity with real estate development, land development, or commercial leasing processes.
Local market knowledge of the Phoenix Metro region and familiarity with area law firms/developers preferred.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and keep projects moving without micromanagement.
Reliable communication skills; able to coordinate with attorneys, executives, and external partners. Benefits & Compensation
