Executive Assistant

Description Robert Half Legal has partnered with a pioneering materials science company in their search for a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the General Counsel (GC) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a full-time, on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities: + Manage ever-changing calendars, priorities, and schedules for the GC and CFO, anticipating needs and proactively coordinating commitments. + Arrange complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel itineraries, including visas and accommodations. + Plan and execute meetings, company events, and investor presentations both remotely and on-site, ensuring all logistical details are handled with precision. + Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, external counsel, and senior executives, demonstrating refined communication skills and professional diplomacy. + Gatekeep sensitive information and screen requests for access while maintaining the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality. + Prepare, edit, and circulate correspondence, reports, and presentations for leadership review and distribution. + Effectively anticipate and resolve administrative challenges, enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities. Requirements Required Qualifications: + Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leadership, preferably in a legal, finance, or scientific innovation setting (contract, full-time, or temp-to-perm). + Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of high-growth, mission-driven organizations. + Advanced proficiency in calendar and travel management tools, event planning platforms, and Microsoft Office suite. + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. + Integrity, reliability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
