Systems IV/Terry H2O offers a range of water treatment solutions that are integrated directly into the water supply line. These products cater to a broad spectrum of water treatment requirements and are tailored for use in various establishments including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens, as well as for misting systems and other scenarios where mineral scale accumulation is an issue. We are located in Chandler, Arizona.

Systems IV/Terry H2O is a division of Middleby Corporation . Middleby Corporation is a publicly traded global manufacturing leader in the food equipment market that focuses on the Foodservice and Beverage, Residential, and Food Processing Markets.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. They will be responsible for interacting with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Responsibilities :

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Schedule: M-F 8AM – 2PM; possibility of becoming full-time in the future

Compensation: $19.00-$21.00/hr

Benefits: This position does not currently offer benefits, this may change if the position becomes full-time.
