📅 Start Date: ASAP
🧭 Orientation: Every Monday

⏰ Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Scheduling: Modified self-scheduling
• Block scheduling: Allowed when possible

📆 Weekend Requirement

• Minimum 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
• Flexible — some nurses work more weekends, others fewer (as long as coverage is met)

🔄 Floating

• May float to ED or Med-Surg if experienced

📜 Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS
• NIHSS

🛏 Unit Details

• 12 ICU beds
• Typical Ratio: 1:2

👩‍⚕️ Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Must be comfortable with basic ICU equipment

👥 Support Staff

• Respiratory Therapist: Available 24/7
• Patient Care Technician
• Health Unit Secretary
• Nurse Manager assists with patients if needed
• House Supervisor (ASC) on site 24/7

• Pneumonia

• ETOH / overdose cases
• Post-surgery patients

• No open heart , neuro surgery , or fresh transplant cases
