Seeking a administrative candidate to fill a Pharmacy Clerk within an Infusion clinic located in the Phoenix, AZ 85050 area.

SUMMARY

The Infusion Pharmacy Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our Infusion Pharmacy. Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, this position is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create various reports needed to assist the clinic track data and run smoothly.
• Send medical records request to payors.
• Track and send medical records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, both in-person and over the phone.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
• Utilize pharmacy software.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
