Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

About the Role

LJ's Cleaning Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Purchasing Coordinator to manage client orders from intake through delivery. You'll be placing and managing orders for our clients in multiple states across the country, acting as the link between our customers and our vendors and making sure every order is accurate, placed with the right supplier, and delivered on time. This is a great role for an organized self-starter comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and online ordering platforms.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by email and phone to take orders and provide updates
• Place and drop-ship online orders through vendors such as Staples and Amazon
• Fulfill orders for clients located in multiple states across the country
• Process and fulfill client orders accurately and on schedule
• Handle ordering and purchasing of supplies and materials
• Check and maintain inventory levels, flagging shortages and reorder needs
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery
• Maintain order records, purchase logs, and inventory data
• Support day-to-day operations as needed

Requirements

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with ordering, purchasing, and inventory management
• E-commerce experience, including placing online orders through vendor sites such as Staples and Amazon
• Strong customer communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple orders at once
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• Prior experience in a supply, logistics, procurement, or operations support role
• Familiarity with inventory or order-tracking software
• Knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot is a plus
