Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an airport shuttle dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatch of airport shuttle drivers and vehicles. You will be the primary point of contact for passengers, and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of airport shuttle drivers and vehicles.
Monitor the location and status of all shuttle vehicles and drivers Communicate with drivers and passengers via radio, phone, and in-person.
Take Reservations as they come in
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an airport shuttle dispatcher.
Looking for full time or part time and available on weekends.
