**Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate - Outbound Opportunities Available!**
**Location:** Mesa, AZ
**Pay Rate:** $18.50 per hour
Our client, an industry-leading organization, is seeking **experienced Warehouse Associates** to join their growing team! In this role, you'll support logistics operations by handling inbound or outbound processes, contributing to a fast-paced and efficient warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will have **prior warehouse experience** , excellent attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
**What's the Job?**
Depending on your assigned area (Outbound), you'll be responsible for tasks such as:
**Outbound Duties:**
+ Picking and packing customer orders for shipment
+ Handling products at heights and performing heavy lifting
+ Preparing and labeling shipments
+ Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy
All Associates:
+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
**What's Needed?**
+ **Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience** (inbound or outbound)
+ Experience with **cycle counts, RF scanning, or order picking**
+ Ability to **lift and move heavy items** and work on your feet for 10 hours
+ Comfortable working at heights (for outbound roles)
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Steel/composite-toe shoes required
+ Flexibility for **overtime and weekends** as needed
**Available Schedules:**
+ Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
+ Tuesday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
