The Fixture Zone (TFZ) is a family-owned distributor specializing in retail fixtures and point-of-purchase solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering quality products and personalized service to our customers.

TFZ is expanding and seeking a passionate Inside CSR and Telesales Associate to join our team. If you excel in customer service and outbound calling, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to promote and sell our products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries using standard scripts or talking points.
• Process customer requests efficiently.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (No weekends).
• Provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Conduct follow-up communications with existing customer accounts.
• Draft quotes and process purchase orders.
• Confirm stock and lead times with vendors.
• Resolve customer issues, escalating issues when necessary.
• Process customer payments and refunds.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure excellent communication, team morale, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a call center sales environment.
• Proficiency in customer service software (Big Commerce, MAS90/Sage 100, Monday, or similar systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong independent and team-working skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to understanding customer needs and making product recommendations.
