The Role
The Director of Quality will oversee and drive all aspects of quality, performance improvement, and patient safety. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, mentoring leaders across service lines, and leading data-driven initiatives that make a measurable impact on outcomes and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality and performance improvement strategies across all departments.
• Oversee regulatory readiness and maintain accreditation standards (Joint Commission, CMS, etc.).
• Conduct and facilitate RCAs, FMEAs, and other improvement methodologies.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement and sustain improvement plans.
• Present outcomes and progress to executive leadership and governing committees.

Qualifications

• RN and Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience and 3+ years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• CPHQ and/or CPHRM preferred.
