Job Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant environment
• Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong teams
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor cost control, and inventory
• Experience leading a new restaurant opening is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Guest-first mindset with a hands-on leadership style
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities

As the Restaurant General Manager in Phoenix, AZ, you will:
