Position Overview

As a Project Manager , you will be the face of LuxBuilt in the community — generating new business, assisting homeowners through the insurance claim process , and managing restoration projects from inspection to completion.

This is a 1099 sales position ideal for entrepreneurial-minded individuals who want to take control of their financial future. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and support from our experienced leadership team to help you become a top performer in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through door knocking, referrals, and lead follow-up

• Perform roof and property inspections to identify storm or hail damage

• Educate homeowners on their options for insurance restoration or cash replacement

• Assist customers with filing insurance claims and meet adjusters on-site

• Present contracts, secure signed agreements, and oversee projects through completion

• Coordinate with office and production teams for scheduling, materials, and project updates

• Uphold LuxBuilt’s standards for professionalism and customer service

Requirements

• Experience in sales, roofing, insurance restoration, or construction (preferred but not required)

• Door-to-door or direct sales experience is a strong plus

• Professional appearance and confident communication skills

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to safely climb ladders and assess roofs

• Smartphone or tablet with internet access

Compensation

This is a , independent contractor position
Average first-year income ranges from $75,000–$150,000+ , with top performers earning well into six figures.

You determine your paycheck based on effort, consistency, and performance.
