Position Summary

Clifty Group LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative, financial, and compliance functions while supporting field teams and project management. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced civil and infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee timecards with field personnelÂ
• Perform accurate cost coding and assist with job cost tracking Â
• Support payroll preparation and timekeeping processesÂ
• Maintain and organize compliance documentation (contracts, certifications, onboarding, etc.)Â
• Assist with project documentation and reporting Â
• Communicate with field teams to ensure timely and accurate information flowÂ
• Support general administrative functions including data entry, filing, and document controlÂ
• Ensure records are maintained in accordance with company policies and project requirementsÂ
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and office coordination as neededÂ

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role requiredÂ
• Experience supporting civil construction, utilities, or similar industries preferredÂ
• Knowledge of timekeeping systems, payroll processes, and job costing preferredÂ
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Â
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processesÂ

Work Environment

This is an on-site position . The role requires coordination with field teams and may involve supporting active job sites.
