Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development : Create visually appealing site plans, aerials, flyers, and custom campaigns tailored to client needs and specific branding guidelines.
• Social Media Campaigns : Design graphics and assets optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring campaigns are unique, eye-catching, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Email Marketing Support : Develop compelling email campaigns, incorporating cohesive designs that enhance audience engagement and retention.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, project management, and content writing teams to deliver cohesive visuals across multiple platforms.
• Adherence to Deadlines : Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all design work adheres to established branding guidelines and client's specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience : 3+ years in graphic design roles, preferably with exposure to marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency : Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and graphic design tools.
• Social Media Expertise : Familiarity with current trends and best practices for designing impactful social media visuals and ads.
• Email Campaign Design : Knowledge of email marketing platforms and design for templates (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• Creativity : Ability to develop unique and engaging designs that align with branding and campaign goals.

• Preferred Experience

• Designing for site plans and producing aerial graphics to convey complex ideas.
• Expertise in creating flyers that effectively highlight events or promotions.
• Proven track record in producing custom campaigns for social media and email marketing platforms.
• Experience in a contractor or freelance capacity, showcasing adaptability to various client needs.
