PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Logistics Clerk** to support our daily shipping, inventory, and distribution operations in the dynamic aerospace industry. In this pivotal role, you'll help ensure that critical materials are moved efficiently and on time - directly impacting our ability to serve internal teams and external customers. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Coordinate daily logistical activities, including **inventory control** , **order fulfillment** , and **distribution** + Plan and schedule **inbound/outbound shipments** based on internal and customer demand + Serve as a **liaison** between customers, freight carriers, and the shipping department + Investigate and resolve shipping delays to ensure **on-time delivery** + Evaluate shipping options to **optimize cost** and efficiency within **Department of Defense guidelines** + Assist with warehousing and review inventory adjustments for accuracy + Operate **stand-up forklifts** and manage documentation using **Microsoft Outlook and Excel** **Qualifications - What You Bring to the Table:** **Required:** + 2+ years of logistics or warehouse experience + Experience using a **stand-up forklift** + Proficiency in **Microsoft Outlook and Excel** + High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to occasionally lift 35 lbs + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
