Location: East Mesa, AZ

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days available, various schedules)

Pay: $18/hour

Job Description: We are hiring Manufacturing Operators for a government-regulated facility in East Mesa. The role involves working 12-hour shifts, loading machinery, inspecting products, and ensuring smooth operation of equipment. Applicants must be comfortable standing for long periods and adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and load machinery and equipment according to standard procedures.
• Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Stand for 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Follow all safety and operational protocols in a regulated facility.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for 12 hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality protocols.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days or nights.
