Pay Rate: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 gross per week (paid every Friday)

Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 4(10's), Monday - Thursday
- Can work with candidate on which days they work
Additional Details:
- Takes the appropriate health history, follows and adjusts the developed treatment plan and monitors the patient’s outcome to the prescribed treatment plan.
- Counsels patients on the use, storage, cautious and side effects of all medications dispensed as well as documentation of cognitive services provided.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in outpatient pharmacy
- Bilingual skills in English and Navajo language preferred
- A Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) is required
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy and Licensed by a State Board of Pharmacy or have a Pharmacy Intern license and complete North American Pharmacist Licensure Exam (NAPLEX) & Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE) test within three months of graduation to be granted a full Pharmacy License.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- BLS
- ACLS (required within a year of hire)
