As a Cold Spray Processor Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies to produce high-quality components for aerospace applications. Your role will be critical in ensuring the precision and reliability of our products, contributing to the safety and efficiency of aerospace operations.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the production process by utilizing your expertise in cold spray technology to enhance the performance and durability of aerospace components, ultimately supporting our commitment to excellence in the aerospace industry.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Operate and maintain cold spray equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality of output.
+ Monitor and adjust process parameters to achieve desired coating characteristics.
+ Conduct inspections and tests on finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or processing roles, preferably in aerospace.
+ Strong technical knowledge of cold spray technology and its applications in aerospace.
+ Experience with quality control processes and standards relevant to aerospace manufacturing.
+ Proficiency in using manufacturing tools and equipment specific to cold spray processing.

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
+ 5 plus years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or processing.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
