Position Summary

A growing, patient-centered women’s health practice in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join its dedicated care team. This role offers the opportunity to practice the full breadth of obstetrics and gynecology within a well-supported, physician-led environment that emphasizes high-quality care, continuity, and collaboration.

The practice integrates ambulatory women’s health services, surgical gynecology, and inpatient obstetrics, supported by certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and efficient administrative staff. Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $260,000 – $400,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus Plan: Incentive-based compensation tied to productivity and collections
• Sign-On & Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 depending on candidate needs

Responsibilities

• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
• Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries and C-sections
• Deliver outpatient women’s health services: wellness visits, contraceptive counseling, infertility evaluation, etc.
• Address both routine and complex gynecologic conditions
• Rotate call responsibilities with fellow OB/GYN physicians
• Collaborate with care teams across clinical and hospital settings
• Maintain thorough documentation using the EHR system
• Contribute to ongoing clinical quality improvement efforts

Candidate Profile

• MD or DO from a U.S.-accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Arizona
• Commitment to team-based care and patient-centered values
• Proficiency or interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery is a plus
