We are Milestone Recovery, a Joint Commission Accredited Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Primary Treatment Clinic providing evidence-based mental health and/or addiction treatment to men and women 18 years of age and older.

We offer:

• Free Clinical Supervision: We provide the required weekly hours of individual and group supervision for associate-level licensees.
• Continuing Education (CEU) Allowance: An annual stipend of $1,500 to $2,500 plus 3 paid professional development days to maintain licensure.
• Specialized Modality Training: Fully funded certifications for evidence-based addiction treatments, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Licensure Renewal Coverage: Direct payment or reimbursement for all state board licensing fees and mandatory background checks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs

- Group facilitation and individual therapy

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

- Stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy

**Requirements:**

Master's Degree

Prefer 1 year experience but open to hiring newly licensed individuals who are willing to learn

EMDR Certification a plus

Valid driver's license.
Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
