Shifts Available and Hours: EOWEO Night Shift 6p-6a (Training will be on Day shift)

Shift Premium: Nightshift - $1.50/hour extra

Job Summary:

Perform maintenance duties and assures work performance for exactness, neatness, and conformance to all policies and procedures. Monitors all equipment to ensure that needed repairs are completed in a timely manner and documented in CMMS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs electrical, mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret schematics for hydraulic and electrical as well as mechanical prints.
• Identifies stored energy and performs all Lockout/Tag-out procedures according to company policy.
• Observes mechanical devices such as presses, saws and other supporting equipment in operation to troubleshoot and identify potential. issues.
• Work closely with operations team to understand equipment function.
• Inspects parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Identify, repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Starts devices to test their performance.
• Use of CMMS system to track materials and time used to repair an asset.
• Perform weekly PM’s and scheduled maintenance outages on equipment

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of previous maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to work in extreme heat or cold conditions
• Read and Interprets hydraulic, schematic, basic electric, electronic and OHM laws.
• Mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
