Industrial Sales Rep Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $23.00 to $30.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )
Job Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients across key sectors.
- Promote and sell products including pipe, valves, fittings, pumps, filters, gaskets, and steam products.-
- Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions to increase sales and client satisfaction.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and site visits.
- Collaborate with inside sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate quotes, timely delivery, and excellent service.
Industrial Sales Rep Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience.
- Experience maintaining and growing client accounts required
- Ability to explain product features and specifications to meet customer needs.
- Clear, confident communicator with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Skilled in identifying new business opportunities and growing market share.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
