Purchasing Assistant Manager

Are you a purchasing professional with strong supplier management and procurement experience? Join a growing manufacturing organization where you'll play a key role in sourcing, vendor relations, cost control, and international procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.

• Manage purchasing activities, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.

• Coordinate customs clearance processes and international shipment documentation.

• Analyze market trends and purchasing data to drive informed decisions.

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to meet business needs.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related role.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to lead teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience in battery, automotive, or electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and international logistics.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Korean/English bilingual skills are a plus.
