- Address and resolve employee relations issues, while managing performance improvement plans.
- Advise both managers and team members on company policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on HR programs, policies, and performance-related matters.
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests from corporate leaders and team members.
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and document findings.
- Analyze investigative findings and recommend appropriate actions or solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of investigation outcomes for management review.
- Guide candidates seamlessly through the pre-employment and onboarding processes.
- Lead New Staff Orientation sessions for corporate employees.
- Manage employee terminations, identifying and addressing potential employee relations concerns.
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state employee regulations.
- Represent the organization during unemployment hearings, ensuring proper legal procedures are followed.
- Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills
- Experience leveraging MS Office Suite, particularly Power Point and Excel, to present information and influence Leadership
- Superior knowledge of HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems, as needed
- 3 years of human resources generalist or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Employee Relations experience
