We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Goodyear, AZ. Our ideal Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner is a team player, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing musculoskeletal and joint injections.

Duties:
-Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
-Order and review tests/labs
-Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
-Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
-Manage patient care / case management
-Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections
-Documentation and progress notes
-Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
-Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner license in AZ
-Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
-Experience with joint injections a plus but we will provide training for the right candidate
-Must have Current DEA #
Schedule:
-Mon-Friday with office hours ending early on Friday
-No nights, no weekends, and no on-call.
Compensation:
-$140k-$150k per year (DOE)
