What You Will Be Responsible For

• Analyzing comprehensive patient assessments, arranging diagnostic evaluations, and developing tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or independently (as per credentialing)
• Educating patients and families on prevention strategies, wellness, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies in accordance with your scope of practice

Required Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
