Medical Appeals Specialist (Remote)

What You’ll Do

• Review denied medical claims and identify root‑cause issues
• Analyze EOBs/ERAs and complete Zero Balance reviews
• Write strong appeal letters and submit accurate rebills
• Escalate appeals when necessary and track outcomes

What You Need

• HS diploma/GED
• 1+ year experience in Medical Appeals / Denials / RCM
• Experience with Zero Balance claims + denial codes
• EMR/EHR experience ( Epic, Athena, Cerner )

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
