Accounts Payable Manager- West Phoenix POST NUMBER: 444672

- Review and authorize invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Match and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
- Manage the scheduling and processing of vendor payments, including electronic funds transfers, checks, and ACH transactions.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure prompt payments while maintaining optimal cash reserves.
- Lead and support the accounts payable team through training, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
- Assign tasks and manage team workloads to ensure timely and efficient invoice and payment processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support effective communication and collaboration.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Compile and deliver accounts payable reports and insights to management for financial planning and review.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
