We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we are looking for a Commercial Loan Administration Specialist for our credit union client, responsible for performing a variety of commercial loan and deposit duties within their Business Financial Services Department. The Commercial Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Coordinate, order, and monitor all documentation required for loan approvals—including appraisals, title policies, environmental reports—and for opening deposit accounts.
• Perform essential account file maintenance; process transfers, payments, and loan payoffs for business transactions, including participation loans purchased or sold on the core system.
• Create, update, and maintain organized collateral, credit, and appraisal files.
• Assist with initial applicant inquiries and gather all necessary documentation to support the loan process.
• Manage delinquency reports and communicate with members as appropriate.
• Accurately compile, enter, and verify all financial data required to execute and properly document loans.
• Review loan authorization requests and supporting materials to determine the documents needed to produce loans in alignment with CU underwriting guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Review approved loan requests and documents, then board the loan into the core system.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 5 years of related experience, preferably in business or commercial lending.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate Range: $70,000- $80,000annually

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
