Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite weekly)
Salary: $80,000-$95,000 base + quarterly bonus About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to support all U.S. benefits programs for approximately 5,700 employees. This is a high-visibility role with significant exposure to senior leadership and a clear path toward future management responsibilities as part of a long-term succession plan. Key Responsibilities- Administer U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and leaves of absence
- Manage FMLA, ADA, and leave administration processes
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and leadership
- Partner with vendors and HR stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Analyze benefits data and support reporting using Excel
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of benefits, FMLA, ADA, and leave management
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Workday experience preferred
- Strong communication, professionalism, and executive presence
- Empathetic and approachable when supporting employees through sensitive situations
