**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
**Job Description**
The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality. This position is responsible for conducting audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating findings effectively.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Communicate quality issues and findings effectively to stakeholders.
+ Participate in meetings and presentations to share information and updates.
+ Manage MRB meetings.
+ Review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
**Essential Skills**
+ Extensive experience in identifying and correcting defects in a finished product through inspections and testing.
+ Strong experience in maintaining a proactive process aimed at preventing defects.
+ Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
+ Excellent visual acuity and ability to identify even minor defects.
+ Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations.
+ Ability to interpret data and identify trends to inform quality improvement initiatives.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.
+ Strong understanding of quality inspection in manufacturing processes.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Clear and accurate record-keeping of inspection results.
+ Effective communication with production personnel and stakeholders.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment**
The work environment includes an air-conditioned manufacturing facility. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, standing, walking, and crouching as needed. The use of Personal Protection Equipment is required, and good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
