This position offers an AM shift consisting of 5 eight-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours perweek.

Job Description

An experienced Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for a full-time contract position. The ideal candidate will have over one year of experience and will not be considered if they are a new graduate. This role focuses on providing therapeutic care and support to an active patient caseload comprising adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Manage an active caseload of 25-30 patients with an expectation of 12-13 visits per day.
• Perform fall risk assessments and case management duties.
• Provide non-surgical and post-operative care for various orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to:
• Achilles tendonitis
• ACL tear
• Back pain post-operative
• Carpal tunnel syndrome
• Meniscus tear
• Osteoarthritis
• Rotator cuff repair post-operative care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist licensure.
