What You’ll Do:

• Create clarity: Drive daily/weekly rhythms (calendars, agendas, briefings) so priorities are unmistakable and deadlines are met.
• Engineer alignment: Orchestrate meetings, materials, and follow-ups so everyone knows the plan, their next action.
• Sustain movement: Track initiatives, remove friction with clarity, and keep the flywheel turning, ideas progress to reality, one planned action at a time.
• Amplify communication: Manage email, messages, and stakeholder updates with professionalism and speed.
• Systematize excellence: Maintain shared files and processes; suggest improvements that scale a growing firm.
• Be the founder’s operator: Anticipate needs, protect focus time, and translate vision into executable steps.

Who You Are:

• Experienced EA/operations professional (3+ years) in a dynamic, startup-like or legal environment; proficient with Microsoft 365/Teams.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):

• A predictable operating cadence (agendas, standups, reviews) that the team trusts.
• Action items captured and closed—nothing slips; next steps are clear within 24 hours.
• The executive’s schedule aligned to top priorities, with protected focus time.
• A clear and simple system for docs, follow-up, and project artifacts, with version control and accountability.
• Your team feels more connected, informed, and empowered to succeed, with measurable success indicators in place.
