Pinyon, the newest concept from Hi Noon Hospitality, brings the coastal flavors and welcoming spirit of the Mediterranean to Old Town Scottsdale. Slated to open in October 2025, the restaurant delivers vibrant, alfresco dining overlooking the park, complete with house made pita, open-flame grilled specialties, seasonal salads, crudos, spreads, and dips inspired by over 20 Mediterranean countries.

Position Overview:

As a Bartender at Pinyon, you will be the face of our bar, creating handcrafted cocktails, serving beverages with flair, and delivering exceptional hospitality. You’ll thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency, professionalism, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. This role requires mixology skill, teamwork, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft cocktails and beverages accurately and efficiently according to Pinyon’s recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage guests with knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine pairings, providing recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain bar organization and stock levels to ensure smooth service during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of drinks and seamless guest experiences.
• Manage cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, tools, and glassware.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails; mixology skills a must.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, polished, and professional.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
