Overview
Nikao Performance and Rehab is expanding its mobile division and seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a PTA who thrives with one-on-one patient care and appreciates the autonomy of home-based visits. A minimum of six patient sessions per week is required.

Candidates must bring at least 2,000 hours of patient care experience and strong communication skills. If you’re passionate about helping patients make meaningful progress in the comfort of their homes, this is a great opportunity to do work that truly resonates.

Caseload & Patient Care
This position provides one-on-one mobile home visits with a general orthopedic population. Sessions are scheduled every 40 minutes, allowing for focused, unrushed care. The clinic is highly supportive of clinical growth and will back your specialty interests.

Compensation
Competitive per-visit rates of $45–$50 , plus mileage reimbursement up to $500 per month ($6,000 per year).
This structure rewards efficiency and gives you flexibility to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Patient visits are available across weekdays and weekends.

Requirements
• Active Arizona PTA license
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience
• At least 2,000 hours of direct patient care experience
• Must reside in Arizona for PRN consideration
• Dry Needling certification preferred
• Ability to complete at least 6 patient visits per week
