Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Employment Type: 5-month W2 contract with possible extensions

Openings: 3 Positions

Pay Rate: $35–$42/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Hybrid; 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking experienced Sourcing Specialists to support a customer in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is ideal for professionals with strong negotiation skills, contract management knowledge, and a strategic sourcing mindset. You will help drive key performance indicators, support the global supply base, execute sourcing strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business goals and the Annual Operating Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commodity negotiations and support supplier relationship management
• Draft and manage NDAs, unilateral letters, novations, assignments, and assumptions in partnership with Legal and Contracts teams
• Review contract amendments for accuracy and compliance before signature
• Prepare and submit compliance packages, including Extended Terms Requests, supplier scorecards, FAIRS data, and Fair and Reasonable Price Justifications
• Update SAP records, including MOQ, pricing, contract validation, and VMI data
• Manage RFQ packages, including drawing retrieval and distribution
• Process vendor master and material master changes
• Validate part demand and historical receipts to support sourcing decisions
• Upload, maintain, and organize documents in contract management systems
• Initiate Should Cost Estimates and retrieve platform details as needed
• Resolve purchase order and supplier portal issues and submit corrections when required
• Support analysis of CID and BAA content for strategic sourcing insights
• Utilize SAP Fieldglass for weekly time reporting

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
• Strong negotiation skills and sound business judgment
• Experience supporting supplier relationships and transactional sourcing activities
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, eSourcing tools, and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with experience handling compliance documentation
• Ability to work effectively with global internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of contract documentation and sourcing processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• Certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management preferred
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and project management principles is a plus

• Timekeeping will be completed weekly through SAP Fieldglass
