Receptionist/ Clerk (WFH)
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Clerk to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient front office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide general information about the organization and its services.
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
