Is this role for you?
Were looking for a strategist-meets-executor who masters the intersection of data and creativity. If you are comfortable moving fast, managing multi-channel campaigns, and owning results from the initial "big idea" to final execution, then lets talk!

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and other PPC campaigns across platforms, including Meta, Microsoft/Bing, Reddit, and additional paid channels
• Lead SEO strategy and execution, including local SEO, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and content-driven growth
• Oversee social media strategy, content, and campaign performance across key platforms
• Build and manage email and SMS/text campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, engagement, and retention
• Monitor and improve online reviews, brand reputation, and customer sentiment
• Oversee website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization to improve lead flow and user experience
• Support brand growth across Arizona, Texas, and Nashville, with strategies tailored to each market
• Partner with the internal culture team on company culture events, internal campaigns, and employer brand initiatives
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and present results and recommendations to leadership
• Help evaluate and implement the best tools, platforms, and AI solutions to improve marketing performance and efficiency
• Work with internal teams and outside agencies when needed
• Other duties as assigned
  

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role or similar
• Mid-level or higher experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Proven success managing Google Ads and multi-platform paid campaigns
• Strong experience in SEO, social media, email marketing, SMS marketing, and website conversion strategy
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related marketing tools
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience supporting multiple markets or locations is a plus
• Strong copywriting, campaign management, and content instincts preferred
