Requirements:

#Role Summary

*The Production and Inventory Coordinator supports the movement, tracking, and availability of materials required for manufacturing operations for the Company. The role includes processing and transferring production materials, monitoring work in progress, communicating part status, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with multiple departments to maintain production flow. The position requires strong organizational skills, consistent accuracy, and the ability to work under close supervision while supporting daily production demands.

#Education & Job Requirements

*You must have
* A high school diploma or GED.
* The ability to operate a forklift following Company-provided training.
* The ability to lift 35 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
* Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
* Experience using SQL and data modeling tools such as Tableau.
* The ability to process and move production materials between storage and production areas.
* The ability to monitor work in progress and communicate the status of parts using automated and manual reporting methods.
* The ability to analyze problems related to parts or materials and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
* The ability to coordinate with multiple functions to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities.
* The ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance in accordance with Company requirements.

#Preferred Skills

*You will have
* Experience supporting production operations or inventory coordination.
* Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and material movement processes.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

#Job Duties & Functions

*You will be able
* Process and move production materials into and out of storage and production areas to support manufacturing operations.
* Monitor work in progress and ensure that parts and materials remain available to meet production requirements.
* Communicate part and material status using automated systems and manual reporting methods.
* Analyze issues involving parts and materials and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Coordinate with various internal functions to prioritize tasks, expedite activities, and prevent production delays.
* Support production schedules and ensure smooth workflow throughout the facility.
* Work under close supervision while accurately completing assigned tasks.
