• Location: Fort Mohave, AZ 86426 – Arizona healthcare job near the Colorado River
• Start Date: August 4, 2025
• End Date: November 3, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week, rotating weekends, flexible scheduling
• Unit Size: 12-bed acute rehab division
• Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs
• Parking: On-site hospital parking by helicopter pad
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2120 - $2180

SLP Job Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Arizona
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Medhost, NetHealth/Redoc preferred)
• Ability to float to other hospital units as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients in an acute rehab hospital
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and outcomes using facility EMR systems
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, techniques, and progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives
• Float to other hospital units within the facility as required
