We are building a digital marketing team and we want you to be a part of it! This is a Full-Time role at our Scottsdale location with some flexibility for remote work. We're seeking a B2B paid social media marketing specialist who can leverage creative strategies to drive lead generation and fuel our growth.

This role will be critical in executing marketing initiatives that align with ReadyCloud's sales and marketing objectives, with a specific focus on social media-driven B2B marketing strategies.

The Job:

• Develop and execute targeted B2B social media marketing strategies, both paid and organic, across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and more.
• Create, manage, and optimize social media marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROAS.
• Develop high-impact social media creatives in collaboration with the marketing team and graphic designers, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across paid and organic campaigns.
• Manage content schedules and optimize social media profiles across platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Post and manage social media content and engage in brand-related conversations online.
• Support digital campaigns across multiple channels—search, display, social media, and email marketing.
• Assist in providing administrative support to the marketing team when needed
• Write, edit, and optimize marketing copy, including website content, email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, and sales materials. Bonus points if you have direct-response experience.
• Other marketing and advertising-related job functions as assigned.

The Skills you need to succeed:

• Education: Associate degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field
• Deep understanding of B2B lead-generation strategies
• Proven ability to develop and implement social media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
• Prior work experience in digital marketing and or social media marketing
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Competencies Required:
• Proficient in copywriting and paid social media marketing
• Strong writing and oral communication skills; as well as analytical and detail-orientated

Work experience:

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing. Agency experience is a plus.
• 2+ years experience in e-commerce
• Experience writing compelling marketing content that drives clicks and conversions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• A highly driven, organized self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment.
