**How will you make an impact in this role?**
American Express is seeking a Sr Cybersecurity Engineer I who will be working on the Payment Crypto solutions team.
+ You will be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our internal customers.
+ You will develop new solutions which will support the key elements protecting our data.
+ You will be part of an enthusiastic, high performing technology team developing solutions to provide tools for our internal app teams.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 8 Years of software development experience in Java, Multi-threading, Spring framework
+ Strong experience writing SQL and using databases like SQL Server, Postgres etc.
+ Experience with Junit, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, XLR
+ Strong experience creating and communicating with REST and SOAP APIs
+ Experience with containerized app development for cloud platforms
+ Experience with Agile
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with Crypto technologies Tokenization, Symmetric/Asymmetric Keys, PKI
+ Experience working with GitHub Copilot or similar other tools.
+ Experience with tools like Cucumber based BDD (Behavior driven Development), Sonar Qube

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
