Join our dynamic team as an Apartment Leasing Consultant in Phoenix, AZ! We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service and sales skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong organizational and computer skills are essential, and Yardi Voyager experience is a huge plus! Responsibilities:
- Showcase and lease vacant and soon-to-be-available apartments.
- Market the property and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Process leasing applications and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct apartment tours and explain lease terms and addenda.
- Perform property walkthroughs and report maintenance needs.
- Provide top-notch service to current and prospective residents.
- Handle administrative duties, including data entry for fees, deposits, and lease details.
- Collect rental payments and manage notices to vacate.
- Assist with resident relations and other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to type at least 45 WPM.
- Dependable, self-starter, and highly motivated.
- Stable job history and excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
