A leading payer solutions team is actively seeking a Contract Administrator in Scottsdale, AZ . If you have strong contract drafting skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy partnering with legal and business teams to resolve complex issues — this could be your next career step!

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (100% Onsite | Office-based )
Contract: 6-month contract / 40 hrs per week
Compensation: $43/hour (W2 only – Sponsorship not available)

Position Summary

As a Contract Administrator , you will draft, review, and redline agreements, partner with internal stakeholders, and help streamline contracting processes. You’ll serve as the contracting team’s voice during negotiations, drive process improvements, and ensure contracts meet quality and compliance standards.

✅ Duties & Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and redline standard and non-standard client contracts with minimal supervision

• Serve as Contracting Team representation with Legal, Finance, Business SMEs, and external partners

• Participate in internal and client strategy/negotiation calls , capture meeting notes, update contract language, and ensure alignment

• Write contract letters, notices, and communications as needed

• Partner with Senior Legal Counsel and Contract Administration to finalize language and obtain approvals

• Help maintain and update agreement templates and manage the contracting library

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

• 5+ years of relevant experience , including 3+ years drafting/redlining contracts

• Strong contract administration and negotiation skills

• Customer-service orientation with the ability to partner across functions and levels

• High attention to detail, organizational and critical-thinking skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word (track changes/redlines)

✨ Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification (CP or RP)

• Healthcare, health insurance, or TPA industry experience

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and DocuSign
