What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert speech-language services to Kindergarten–12th grade students
• Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers to deliver interventions in the least restrictive environment using various service models (classroom push-in, consultation, pull-out)
• Design and implement evidence-based, individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Write clear, measurable Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), focusing on social, behavioral, and language goals
• Lead and actively participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and team meetings
• Maintain detailed records, data, and reports to track student progress and support program planning
• Provide training and coaching to classroom staff on implementing speech and language goals
• Stay current with best practices and new methods through continuing education
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and staff to foster speech-language development
• Use a variety of equipment, materials, and adaptive communication devices to support student success

• Proven experience working with students who use augmentative and adaptive communication
• Strong skills in writing and managing IEPs with measurable goals
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with educators and families
• Knowledge of current, evidence-based speech-language intervention strategies
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and innovation in therapy
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse listeners
