Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation and treatment for outpatient orthopedic and neurologic patients
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized physical therapy plans to meet patient goals
- Monitor progress, document in the electronic health record, and communicate with the care team
- Manage a diverse outpatient caseload and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists
- Provide patient and family education, gait training, and home exercise programs
- Perform timely re-evaluations and assist with discharge planning as appropriate

Requirements
- Active physical therapy license in Arizona or a valid compact license
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic care and outpatient neurology required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient, fast-paced, diverse caseload setting
- Start date availability: 2026-07-27
