About the Role

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Supervisors to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and team performance. This role requires strong leadership. skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage both inbound and outbound processes, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment

• Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  
• Ensure timely, accurate order processing with a focus on speed and quality control.
  
• Oversee storage and handling of sensitive products (skincare, cosmetics, liquids) per product guidelines.
  

Inventory Management & Reporting

• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
  
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage replenishment.
  
• Track and report daily operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Assign daily tasks, supervise staff and temporary workers, and provide coaching for efficiency.
  
• Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance.
  
• Support workflow optimization and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and safety regulations.
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management .
  
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and last-mile delivery expectations.
  
• Proven leadership experience supervising warehouse teams.
  
• Familiarity with inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS) .
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  
• Forklift certification a plus (not required).
  

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English – required.
