Employment Litigation Attorney (Phoenix, AZ) – Flexible, High-Growth Opportunity

A leading national law firm with a coast-to-coast footprint is seeking experienced Employment Attorneys licensed in Arizona to join its dynamic and growing team. You’ll work alongside a nationally recognized group of litigators handling sophisticated employment disputes, including multi-plaintiff, wage & hour class actions, and PAGA matters. This role offers the chance to take ownership of cases while benefiting from strong mentorship and a proven litigation platform.

• Handle complex employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Work on high-exposure cases, including class actions and PAGA claims.

• Collaborate with a national team while maintaining direct client interaction.

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience.

• Strong background in Arizona wage & hour and class action matters.

• Active Arizona Bar admission required.

• Ability to independently manage cases and proactively drive results.

Base salary ranges depending on experience and level:

• Associates (1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000

• Senior Counsel / Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000

• Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation will be tailored based on experience, skills, and overall contribution.
