Kitchen Production Associate (FA Card Required)
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff to join our Edibles Production team for an immediate start. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and packaging of cannabis-infused edible products in compliance with the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and Arizona state cannabis laws.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all production and sanitation SOPs for edible manufacturing and cannabis handling.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately according to batch recipes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, and packaging tools.
- Assist with portioning, molding, cutting, and packaging edible products.
- Label finished goods in accordance with company and AZDHS compliance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift.
- Complete production logs, batch documentation, and waste tracking accurately.
- Support daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance policies at all times.
- Previous experience in a food production, bakery, or commercial kitchen preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Basic math, measurement, and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible for a valid Facility Agent card.
SCHEDULE
- 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday (6:30am-5:00pm)
- Occasional overtime on Fridays
- No weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
- Food production, baking, or manufacturing: 6 months (Required)
- Cannabis industry experience: Preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Ability to work in a controlled environment with exposure to cannabis and packaging materials.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass all background checks and hold a valid AZDHS Facility Agent Card.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows or production priorities.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude that supports collaboration and communication.
